Do I need an account?+
No. Write your letter, pay, and we post it. You get an order page to track your letters.
Does a letter really make a difference?+
Politicians' offices log and count correspondence from constituents. A signed, printed letter from a real address is much harder to dismiss than an email or a petition click.
How quickly is it posted?+
Letters are printed and handed to Australia Post, usually within 1–2 business days. Delivery is then standard Australia Post timing.
Where do the politicians' addresses come from?+
From each parliament's official member lists: federal, all six states and both territories. Every letter goes to the member's electorate office, or to Parliament House where that's the published address.
What paper do you use?+
Every letter is printed on 100% recycled paper and posted in a standard window envelope through Australia Post.
What happens to my letter and details?+
They're encrypted while stored, used once to print and post your letter, and permanently deleted 24 hours after it's posted. We keep only totals, such as how many letters a campaign has sent.
Can I post it myself instead?+
Yes. At the last step, download your finished, personalised letters as a PDF for free, then print and post them.
Can I write to someone who isn't a politician?+
Yes. Send a letter lets you post to any address in Australia: a business, council, school or person.
