What we do

Better Letters prints the letter you write and lodges it with Australia Post through our print-and-post partner. Once a letter is lodged, delivery times and handling are Australia Post's. Most letters arrive within 3–6 business days.

Your letter, your responsibility

You're the author and sender of every letter. You agree that your letter:

• is from you, and uses your real name and address;
• isn't threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory or defamatory;
• doesn't impersonate anyone or break any law.

We can refuse or cancel any letter that breaks these rules, and refund you.

Prices and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and include GST. If a letter can't be printed or lodged because of a problem on our side, we'll retry it or refund that letter. Once a letter has been lodged with Australia Post we can't recall it.

Addresses

Politicians' office addresses come from official parliament sources and are checked regularly, but offices do move. For letters to anyone else, you're responsible for the address being correct.

Campaigns

Campaigns are run by their organisers. Letters you send through a campaign count toward its public total. Your letter content and address are never shown publicly.
