Accessibility
Everyone should be able to have their say. We want Better Letters to work for people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or any other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We check colour contrast, keyboard access, labels and text alternatives as we build, and fix problems as we find them.
Known limitations
- Drawing a signature needs a mouse, finger or stylus. You can type your signature or upload a photo of it instead, or send your letter without one.
- The letter preview is a visual representation; the text you write in the editor is the same text that is printed.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on the site doesn't work for you, email contact@betterletters.com.au with the page and what happened. We'll reply and, if it helps, send your letter for you in the meantime.
